Current behavior:

The full documentation is not saving the report to Word.docx and still hanging.


Expected behavior:

@usopma thank you for your report. I’ve just tried this on 61 reports and it took about 20 seconds before it offered to save the documentation in Word (DOCX) format as shown in the screenshot below. I did this on a Windows 10 system running Google Chrome 83.0.4103.116.

It’s possible that there’s something specific in one of your reports that may be causing it to fail. Is it possible to send us your reports without saved data for testing (if yes, I’ll send you details where to send to in a DM)?
