Broker Offline after datasource update

my question is similar to Always says Broker offline after recent database update

I did not see a resolution to that issue, so I am posting a new question. I just found the site yesterday and was doing my first large batch of conversions. The screen hung at 122 of 122 and I closed the browser. Now Chrome will go to the login screen then sits waiting for the broker to start. I have stopped and started it several times and restarted my PC. IE and Edge sit at initializing.

I was updating approximately 122 reports
connectivity was OLEDB
Original database was SQL Server
Destination database also SQL Server
Browser Chrome 75.0.3770.142 (64 bit)
Broker 0.6.7

This is very similar to the other posting.

Please review the browser requirements, IE is not supported. Do make sure that if using Edge, Chrome, or Firefox that they are the minimum (or higher) version listed in the requirements.
