When using The change Database location, le system do only part of job. I mean, I have Only one Oracle Instance, with several Database, Using the correct user/pass, you focus on the correct one. But Inspector doesn’t affect the proprietary to the table. so, when running report, CR does find the tables.
As noted here, .rpt Inspector Professional Suite has been in End of Life for several years now. And we no longer provide fixes / support for it.
.rpt Inspector Online is the replacement, and does offer support for Crystal Reports change database and Crystal Reports change data source. Please try it and if you’re still having problems, please do let us know by posting a bug report in the .rpt Inspector Online category.
