Current behavior:

Large master report with 43 subreports does not process
Broker crashes/stops

Expected behavior:

This was working well processing the large file in about 15 minutes.

I have a production release next week and must remap the ODBC connections tonight. Without the tool I have to answer about 600 prompts manually for 3 master reports.

Can I revert to the previous version for the weekend?

@petergruenbeck did the suggestions that @gennady provide about unselecting the Convert driver and/or Verify database functionality resolve the problem you encountered?

Have you tried to disable the Convert driver and the Verify database options?

Can I revert to the previous version for the weekend?

No, that version is now blocked.

@petergruenbeck can you also send support the report (no data) and if possible the DDL so we can test it against what you’re testing. Just let us know which database and version.

@petergruenbeck were you able to get it working when you tried to disable convert driver and verify database? If not, can you please send support the report (with no data) and the DDL for the database (do let us know which database and version) so we can narrow this done and test accordingly.

@petergruenbeck we just released an updated broker to resolve crashing on some Windows 10 builds: .rpt Inspector Online - Broker 0.6.6 released

If disabling Convert driver and Verify database didn’t help, this update may if it’s a similar issue. Please do let us know if this does resolve things.

As noted in the changes for the new broker version, it may take a little longer than usual to install this update as it also carries a new minimum requirement for SAP Crystal Reports .NET Runtime and Microsoft .NET Framework which will need to be installed on your system if not already installed.
